Senior Management opportunity for an experienced Sales Leader
with a major European raw materials producer
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious sales professional with excellent commercial skills and a strong background in sales management gained in a relevant B2B, commodity-oriented environment.
The task is to develop and deliver sales strategy across Europe, drive transformation of the sales organisation and processes, and contribute to leadership of the company as a member of the senior management team.
Carmeuse is a long established, privately owned, western European company which is a leading producer of lime products used in many sectors.
Carmeuse has built a leading position in most of its core territories. It enjoys long-term relationships with its key accounts and has developed into a multinational business with in-depth knowledge of customers’ needs, providing solutions tailored to the different end uses and markets.
Due to an impending retirement, Carmeuse is looking for a new Sales Director to join the management team and lead the sales community.
This is a senior position, based at the Carmeuse headquarters in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium and reporting to the V-P Sales & Marketing. The role comes with an attractive executive salary benefits package. Carmeuse expects new recruits at this level to feature in future succession plans.
